I read a book (from the library) a long time ago that said everything vibrates at a certain rate. It went on to say that when one rate of vibration was lower then the high vibration, the lower vibration would raise itself to the highest vibration.

I can accept that in theory, but does a piece of paper or a photograph actually have a rate of vibration or is it just natural resources like trees, rocks and etc. How can a rock have a rate of vibration?
