But, on two other boards that I'm on, there is a standing thread for nothing but music. As expected, after pulling an unpleasant emotion train, there are physical repercussions. I was 'shouldering' this train all week and now I have spasms right in my neck/shoulder area. I will exercise them out, but I am using medications now where I did not have them in the past. But, I use the medication so that I can manage the physical issue that I now have as the result of a bad emotional week.
It is just so nice to be back with Course of Miracles group. Reading aloud in a group and group discussion is just so much better than getting stuck trying to pull emotional trains all by yourself. You get out of your own head better. Everyone has 'issues' and we all have a self that collects everyone of them. An 'issue' on personal attacks was inadvertantly set off by someone who never intended their question to upset me so. I automatically started pulling that whole train. ...
As I continue to study the trends which former remote viewers or those who identify themselves with the program have started, I notice a key fundamental theme in their efforts. It involves spirituality in whatever form it is understood by their beings. This does not make them religionists in any way, but something more transcendental and ephemeral because they are able to look beyond the stunted beliefs of organized religion toward the source of all inspiration.
