    Hi Sita, I hope you are well. What are you doing now? Still in the Guard?
    I have gone from mostly incommunicado to learning how to do social networking on the web in just the last few months. It has been a zero to sixty in no seconds with a lot of careening about experience.
    I miss being in contact with the HRVG crowd. There aren't many people that get where we are coming from.
    I just got hooked up with a small Unity Church here in Thousand Oaks and am delighted to reconnect with people that have a spiritual bent.
