WELCOME to the July-August issue of On Target. This issue is dedicated to the memory of Gabrielle Pettingell, a wonderful lady, and major force in the RV world who was taken from us unexpectedly in June.
I'm sorry it's taken so long getting this issue out, but we hope the delay is offset by the amount of material we are able to bring you.
We have some great photos of the IRVA Conference, as well as an offbeat look at the conference from Stu Frakes.
Our feature article this issue is an actual report presented to a law enforcement agency on a missing persons case. It’s an example of how HRVG packages remote viewing data for the end user.
We always like to present actual remote viewing data, and this issue also features a nifty little session that predicted an international news event in Los Angeles. The session was actually done on the eve of the event.
This issue introduces you to a person you may not be familiar with, a fine remote viewer named Cy Shinkawa, who has been busy behind the scenes for a number of years.
And a name you should know in the RV world -- "PJ" Gaenir. She has resurfaced after four years, and we hear what she has to say about the current state of RV.
Enjoy the issue and let us know what you think!
Aloha,
